The young men here were polite and were sweeping the car detailing area. It was clean, had plenty of towels and spray bottles and the vacuums were all working. 10 times better than Richmond Rd location!

I usually don’t bring my kids along but I did today and Haley came out and gave my kids sunglasses and other fun things as well as a Texas Roadhouse coupon. She also power washed my mats for me. She was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond.

Marcus was so helpful explaining the different packages with the zips unlimited car wash! will definitely be a regular customer because of the bang for your buck! staff is very helpful and place is very clean!

This zips car wash seams to always have all the brushes working. Also I have never had any problems are issues at this one. Today after I went thru the car wash one of the employees (Tyler) flagged me down to say he saw I was a retired veteran and want to thank me for me service and also gave us an air fresher. To some people this might not mean a lot but just having someone say that you for your service does mean a lot to the few.

Stopped in today and had questions about the membership. McCoy was working and he answered all of my questions and was very polite and easy to talk to. I will return to this location for sure. My car looked amazing afterward!

Car Wash was fine but I’ll be back for the service! Haley was absolutely incredible and she has such a servant leader heart. Coming to this car wash literally made my day today. Easy to pay and use and I love the vacuums and availability of cleaner and towels. I’ve got peace of mind driving in a clean clutter-free car and now a huge smile from such a friendly face. I’ll be back and this will now be my go-to and who I recommend to my friends and family!

My favorite place to get my truck washed! Even had a bag of trash in the bed today that I had forgotten about until I went to pull in, and an attendant named Chris told me "No worries, I'll grab it and throw it in our dumpster for you.", and he did. He's gotta be my favorite attendant at any of the Zips locations that I've visited. Awesome experience today!! I give Zips 5 stars and I also give Chris 5 stars too! Thanks Zips and attendant Chris at the 1250 South Broadway location in Lexington Kentucky!!!

The manager at Broadway car wash is absolutely amazing. She is the most Wonderful person that I have met in a long time. She is always smiling and such a great help anytime I have a problem. I believe that she is a benefit to zip’s car wash and whatever it takes to keep her there would be a benefit to zip’s car wash. I just have to say that she is such a wonderful person and I really enjoy going to zip’s car wash Because of her
